1. General Policy

All digital products sold by Afsanesara Dance Academy — including pre-recorded courses, choreography bundles, class packs, and digital materials — are non-refundable.
Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, the sale becomes final.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you immediately gain access to protected content and therefore waive the right to request a refund.

2. Refunds for Pre-Recorded Courses

  • No refunds are offered for pre-recorded lessons or digital course materials.
     

  • If you accidentally purchased the same course twice under the same email, please contact me — I will manually correct the issue.
     

 

3. Refunds for Feedback Sessions (Zoom)

Feedback sessions are not refundable, but they may be rescheduled according to the rules below.

3.1 Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your feedback session:

  • Up to 24 hours before the scheduled time — free of charge.
     

  • Less than 24 hours before your session — the session is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
     

This rule exists because time slots are limited and preparation time is required.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Cancellations are treated the same as a no-show.
     

  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
     

3.3 Instructor Cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a new time slot.
     

  • If no suitable rescheduling time is available, you will receive a full refund for the feedback session.
     

 

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the course:

  • Contact me at info@afsanesara.com.
     

  • I will assist you with login, video playback, or account access issues.
     

Technical problems on the user's side (e.g., poor internet connection, outdated browser) are not grounds for a refund, but I will do my best to help solve them.

 

5. Payment Issues

If payment is declined or if your bank blocks the transaction, please:

  • Retry using a different payment method (PayPal or Stripe), or
     

  • Contact your bank for approval.
     

If you are charged but do not receive access, contact me — I can manually activate your course.

 

6. Fraudulent Transactions

Afsanesara Dance Academy reserves the right to refuse a refund request in cases of:

  • Chargeback abuse
     

  • Suspicious activity
     

  • Account sharing or unauthorized distribution of videos
     

In cases of fraud, access to all course materials may be revoked.
