Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorized sharing will result in removal of access without refund.

 

3. Account & Access

To access purchased courses, you must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for:

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Feedback Sessions

If you purchase a feedback session:

• It is conducted live via Zoom
   

• The session cannot be recorded unless both parties explicitly agree
   

• Rescheduling must follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy
   

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or abusive behavior.

 

7. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you agree to:

Afsanesara Dance Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during home practice.

9. Technical Requirements

To access the courses, you need:

• a device capable of video playback
   

• up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
   

Technical issues on the user’s end do not qualify for refunds, but assistance will be provided.

 

10. Course Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Update video lessons
   

• Replace outdated materials
   

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
   

• Retire courses with reasonable notice
   

If a purchased course is retired, you will retain access to the version you bought unless discontinued for legal or safety reasons.

 

11. Termination of Access
